The property was built in the XIV.th district. It is located in one of the most pleasant parts of the district, very close to the Örs Vezér square, and near the Rákos stream. The condominium is located in a very calm street, providing a pleasant and quiet atmosphere.
The area is accessible by both BKV vehicles and cars. All important public institutions (kindergarten, school, post office, pharmacy, doctor) as well as shopping (market, public, Arcade and Sugar Department Stores) and sports facilities can be found near the residential building.
